Waking up with a knot of anxiety tightening in your chest, worrying the day ahead before it’s even started.

Having negative thoughts about food swirl around in your mind like a relentless storm, leaving you dreading each meal.

Going through the emotions—attending classes or work, engaging with friends and family—but underneath, you’re yearning for something more: inner peace.

Now, imagine this…

Waking up feeling a sense of calm, your mind clear and ready to embrace the day.

The thoughts about food that once dominated your days are now manageable, allowing you to enjoy food again.

  • "Natalie has helped me regain a life that I thought was gone for good. She provides me with support that is above and beyond my expectations. She is extremely knowledgeable about eating disorders, and just how to approach someone struggling with mental health disorders altogether. She helped me go from struggling to eat a few extra sesame seeds, to eating Chinese take-out on my own. I would not have a life worth living without her."

    - Adam B. (current client)

  • "I have struggled with an eating disorder for most of my life. At the age of 70, I decided to get help. Even at my age, I deserve to live my life freely and not be chained to my disorder. Natalie was my assigned counselor at the program which I joined. I was, and still am, very comfortable telling her “secrets of my past.” Since I had been stuffing my feelings for years, I was not prepared to deal with them when they surfaced. Natalie helps me get through them, so that I am able to live my life without the “chains.""

  • "Ms. Fenchel has shown the utmost respect, empathy, and care, often going above and beyond what is required to help in any way she can. We have shared many clients together (at the hospital and outpatient care), and I am always impressed by her professionalism, willingness to collaborate with others and grow as a professional. Through our work together, I have had the opportunity to learn from Ms. Fenchel, as she is an amazing resource."
