Individual Therapy
-
Individualized 1:1 therapy sessions are where you get support, coping skills and can reflect and review the interventions we’ve outlined to work toward the goals that are important to you.
-
These sessions are done online or in-person and are typically 45 minutes long (longer and shorter sessions are also available).
Family Therapy
-
Family therapy involves working with your family members to improve communication, resolve conflicts, and strengthen relationships. These sessions help family members understand each other's perspectives and develop healthier ways to interact. Whether you're dealing with communication breakdowns, conflicts, or other family-related stressors, family therapy offers a structured environment to address these issues. By focusing on improving communication and resolving conflicts, family therapy helps create a supportive and understanding home environment. This approach is beneficial for families dealing with a variety of challenges, including anxiety, depression, and other mental health concerns. It aims to build a stronger, more cohesive family unit, enhancing overall well-being.
For families with a loved one with an eating disorder diagnosis, sessions without your loved one are a great time to gain knowledge and skill, while sessions with your loved one offer a space to communicate about the highs and lows of recovery.
-
These sessions are done online or in-person and are 60-minutes long.
Exposure Meals
-
Inherent in the process of recovery is the need to normalize and regulate food and eating. We’ve made sure to include a table setting for two to engage in this healing process.
In therapeutic meals, you can expect to talk with your therapist as usual while practicing Exposure Response Prevention with a meal/snack you bring to session.
-
These sessions are done online or in-person and are 30-45 minutes long.
